Description Dead Man’s Dice is a fast moving, easy to learn game about pirates which is great fun to play. It is based on both strategy and luck with the dice. The players take turns to throw the dice and according to the number thrown, the opponents treasure is plundered, and the players own stock of treasure is built up. The Jolly Roger allows for mutiny but costs points, therefore players must continually look ahead and try to foresee how the game will develop. After every round the points are added up. The winner is the first player to reach 100 points or the player who has most points by an agreed time. Dead Man’s Dice is uncomplicated and fast moving, it is this which makes it so well-loved by children. Fun and the luck of the dice are at the forefront of the game. Dead Man’s Dice comes with coloured dice made from beech wood, a notepad, pencil and instructions. It can be played on any firm surface.
